Behind their striking entrance lies the Waterfall Villas.  They are located in a great position at the top of Kalkan in the Lower Kiziltas area.

 

The villa's name comes from the waterfall feature that was part of its original design with flowing water cascading to the large infinity pool. 

 

This is a lovely bright open plan spacious villa with sea views.  Kalkan town is just a 12 minute walk away downhill.  The return journey is uphill so most guests will prefer a taxi home!

 

The villa sleeps 10 guests over 5 en-suite bedrooms.

 

It is fully air conditioned and has wifi.

 

Ground Floor

 

Open plan, light and spacious throughout, the living room, dining area and kitchen all enjoy abundant sunlight flooding in thanks to a double height ceiling with a window of the same height opening the view to the pool terrace.

 

The entire area benefits from sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace with  a large infinity pool.  The terrace enjoys views out to sea and the mountains.  There is ample space to soak up the sun with plenty of loungers, parasols and a swing chair.  There is a BBQ and dining table as well as soft seating.  

 

There is a staircase to the Lower Ground Floor and a further sweeping marble stair case to the first floor.

 

Lower Ground Floor

 

Two of the villas 5 bedrooms are located on this level.  Both are doubles and en-suite.  The two bedrooms open directly onto the second pool terrace with a pool, sunbathing area and table tennis.

 

First floor

 

A further 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of which are doubles and one a twin room.  They all of balconies with sea view and en-suite bathrooms.
