This charming 3 bed stone villa located in Kalamar offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests.
There are 3 stylish contemporary bathrooms, one of which is en-suite (master bedroom), one on the first floor and the other at ground floor level.
Situated in a peaceful residential road, the villa is just an easy walk to the local Carrefour supermarket and many of the popular Kalamar Road restaurants, bars and shops.
As you enter the villa from the road, you are greeted by the pretty outside space - a shady garden leading to the lovely pool terrace with 8 x 4 meter pool with sun beds and parasols for 6, comfortable soft seating, al fresco dining area and BBQ. An abundance of shrubs and fruit trees provide nice shady areas to sit and relax.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is open plan with a fitted kitchen providing all you need - oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a downstairs w/c and shower room.
First Floor

A staircase takes you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. One is a twin and the other a double. The double has a sea view through the trees opposite which can be enjoyed from its balcony with seating. There is a further w/c and shower room on this floor.
Second Floor
This floor is where you will find the beautiful master bedroom with a great sea view out to Snake and Mouse Island. The bed is super king and there is an en-suite.

Due to the staircases being a little narrow and steep, this villa maybe difficult for guests with restricted mobility.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
